DICP® Methodology

Competency Lab. Training in innovative business models based on the DICP® method, a sequence for creative business processes structured around: Dilemma – Research – Concept – Planning.

a) Business Dilemma

Identifies causes, benefits and weaknesses across different time horizons: standardising business policies in the long term, defining strategic matrices in the medium term and establishing a tactical guide in the short term.

b) Consumer Research

Focuses more on exploratory work than on descriptive analysis, because the research reveals the routes for change and provides the foundation for the business initiative.

c) Creative Concept

Develops the business concept from a range of possible solutions to the dilemmas analysed throughout the process.

d) Strategic Planning

Organises the actions required to generate behavioural change among internal and external audiences, based on the principle that companies are human organisations that provide services or produce goods for people.
